ULS Office Locations - Which is closest to you?

  • Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, only our Salt Lake City office is open to the public, please to do not go to one of our other office locations unless you have an appointment or have been directed to do so by a staff member. Although our Salt Lake City office is open to the public, many of our staff members continue to work remotely, because of this, they will not be able to meet with you without an appointment.
  • Utah Legal Services is a Statewide program.  Your Legal Team MAY NOT be in the office closest to you. Please verify where any appointments are located.
  • If you need to see if we can help you with your legal problem, please Apply Online or call the appropriate number. DO NOT go into the office. They will just put you on the phone.  
  • Mail: Sending us mail? All mail sent to any Utah Legal Services’ office is forwarded to our Salt Lake City location. To ensure the quickest delivery of your documents, please send mail directly to 960 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT, 84101.
