Free Legal Help with Changing Your Gender Marker and Name

Who can apply?
- Those who live in Tooele, Summit, or Salt Lake County
- Those 18 and older by October 1
Deadline to Apply: September 29, 2024
Event Date: October 22, 2024 from 10 am - 5 pm
Cost Without Qualifying for a Fee Waiver: $390, to be paid at the event
Must submit an application here. The information is used to help determine if we can get your fees waived and so you will have a good idea if you will need to pay the fee before you attend the event. We will only have communications with you. We will not reach out to anyone else without your express permission. Please take your time to go through the application slowly and answer all the questions.
If you qualify for the event you will have legal representation in your hearing before a judge. You will also receive copies of your court order at the end of the clinic. No need to wait weeks to receive your paperwork.
